Banking on brand identity

 

 
 
 

The design for this branch bank strikes a balance between two primary criteria:  the client’s brand identity (old west Pony Express rider) and the constraints of restrictive covenants in a commercial/retail development.  The interiors are marked by contemporary and inviting glass offices and clerestory lighting from a central rotunda.

The bank and drive-thru anchor the primary corner and offer a strong visual identity at the entrance to the development. In addition to the bank, the project included 4 retail tenant spaces.
